Service Description
Individually or in group my training session are customized and adapted to your specific fitness level, after initial assessments and PAR-Q, discuss about your objectives and designs a workout plan to meet those goals. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced level, i will elevate your athletic performance and overall health using safe, personalizes and fun trainings including bodyweight movements that boost functional performance and conventional workout using a variety of equipments. Trainings includes warming up and conditioning, stabilization, weight lifting and bodyweight movements, hight intensity interval and cardio, mobility / flexibility and balance training, assisted stretching and rehabilitation.
